Jitro Czech Children's Choir

Jitro is an award-winning choir from the Czech Republic. The choir tours regularly in many European, Asian and American countries. Jitro takes part in international music festivals and cooperates with philharmonic orchestras. New Year's concert with the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra

Foto: Ester HavlováCzech Philharmonic Orchestra starts New Year by gala concert, this time in collaboration with our choir. The concert will take place on January 1, 2016, at 20:00 in the Hall of the Rudolfinum in Prague. The gala evening is recorded and broadcast live by the Czech Television.

One of the most popular works of classical music, cantata by German composer Carl Orff, Carmina Burana, is on the program.

Please note that because of the live broadast by the Czech Television the audience is allowed to enter the hall only until 19:45.

Rehearsal open to the public will take place on December 31, 2015, between 10 am and 1 pm in the Rudolfinum, Prague.
