Jitro is an award-winning choir from the Czech Republic. The choir tours regularly in many European, Asian and American countries. Jitro takes part in international music festivals and cooperates with philharmonic orchestras. USA Tour 2014
During our 13th USA tour in our history, we toured in Chicago (Illinois, 3rd biggest city in the USA), Madison (capital of Wisconsin), Saint Louis (2nd biggest in Missouri), Cedar Rapids and others. We enjoyed Thanksgiving with turkey, apple pie, parades etc.

Jitro sung Japanese song Hana Wa Saku in Japanese television
Japanese public broadcaster NHK chose our recording of the song Hana Wa Saku sung in Japanese, which was taken as part of a project to support the areas affected by the devastating tsunami in 2011.

Solo concert at the International Music Festival Prague Spring 2014
Czech childrens' choir Jitro took part in 69th International Music Festival Prague Spring. Solo concert was held on Sunday, May 25, 2014 in the church of the St. Simon and Jude in Prague.

During our tour in France Jitro sang in the oldest church in Paris Église Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
Japan Tour 2013

Jitro & Prague Symphony Orchestra

On this occasion, the Prague Symphony Orchestra’s Artist in Residence, José Cura, will take on the roles of conductor, choirmaster and composer. The foremost Czech mezzo-soprano Dagmar Pecková has been invited to collaborate. The concert will be recorded and broadcast live by Czech Radio. Contract was signed in these days.
